- Transformation: lossless gzip decompression only. No paths, colors, dimensions or illustration details changed; not a screenshot, crop or generated substitute.
- SVG viewBox: `0 0 1440 2960`; 507,516 bytes.
- Local SVG SHA-256: `6b56e5b5a31081d46a4b7c6d503c11235f37499486294c77753f8d25af0c520d`
- Upstream repository license: GNU GPL version 3; the complete original LICENSE from the same commit is retained as `telegram-chat-pattern.LICENSE.txt`.
- Upstream README describes GPLv3 with an OpenSSL exception. The pattern has no separately declared asset license in its file. This provenance does not assert that GPL obligations can be ignored for a future production distribution.

## Use

The SVG contains only `svg` and `path` elements. It can be used as a locally served decorative CSS image or mask over the chosen chat wallpaper gradient. Telegram's own wallpaper documentation describes a transparent pattern over a separate fill: https://core.telegram.org/api/wallpapers
